A luscious Amaretto Cheesecake with a smooth, creamy texture and a hint of almond liqueur, perfect for celebrations.

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup Amaretto liqueur
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Combine almond flour, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter in a mixing bowl.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. Beat the softened cream cheese using an electric mixer on low speed until smooth.
  5. Add 3/4 cup sugar to the cream cheese, mixing well until combined.
  6. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  7. Stir in sour cream, Amaretto, vanilla extract, and almond extract until smooth.
  8. Pour the creamy cheese mixture over the prepared crust.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for about 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set and slightly jiggly.
  10. Cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Notes

For extra creamy texture, consider using a water bath while baking.
