A creamy and indulgent cheesecake featuring the nutty richness of almond and the luxurious flavor of Amaretto liqueur. Perfect for special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup Amaretto liqueur
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix the almond flour, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and mix until combined.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in the Amaretto, vanilla extract, almond extract, and salt.
  6. Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. Bake for 55-65 minutes, until edges are set and center is slightly jiggly.
  8. Turn off the oven, crack the door, and let cool in the oven for 1 hour.
  9. Remove from the oven and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  10. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
