Delicious and quick Air Fryer Chicken Thighs that are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the chicken thighs with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve.

Notes

Make sure the chicken thighs are roughly the same size for even cooking. Adjust seasonings based on your preferences, and avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket for optimal crispiness.
